Guest lecture on ‘Proficiency in Cross examination

The B.K Mercantile Bank Law College organised guest lecture on the topic ‘Proficiency in cross examination’ on date 10/08/2024. Lecture was delivered by Advocate D.I Contractor, District Court, Palanpur. He explained the process of cross-examination in medical cases and described the methods by which a lawyer tests the credibility and reliability of a witness's testimony through questioning. Proficiency in cross-examination is vital for legal practitioners as it directly impacts the effectiveness of a trial. It was a very interesting, insightful, and interactive session on the process of cross-examination. This lecture was very helpful for all law students in future.
