The B.K. Mercantile Bank Law College hosted a
comprehensive lecture on the medico-legal aspects of post-mortems on August 21,
2024. Dr. Kunjan Kumar Modi, a renowned expert in the field, delivered the
insightful presentation. Dr. Modi began by defining post-mortem examinations
and their crucial role in determining the cause of death. He also discussed the
potential challenges and limitations in conducting post-mortem examinations.
The Law College is a self-financed one and was set up in the year 1997 offering a three-year degree course of LL.B. (General); and since November 2001 the LL.B. (Special) degree course is also being offered. At present, the total student strength of the college is 305.
